We decide to take the kids to disneyland this year around Halloween time. We usually go once a year and with the kids birthdays and I love Halloween we thought it would be fun to go when everything is decorated. Luckily a group deal popped up and we jumped on it. We are staying at the disneyland hotel for 5 days! This deal came back in March so we had the whole trip prepaid for before we even left. We didn't tell the kids we were going. Jaxson however overheard us a few days before. The other two we just woke up and took them to the airport.
The flight actually went really well.
Josh is not a patient kid so even when the rides only took five minutes he would get extremely frustrated when the line stopped moving. If we didn't watch closely he was squeezing through people or cutting the line completely and running up the fast pass line. This has been extremely trying and frustrating for al involved. I actually might ban disneyland until all our kids are at least 3. Madi and jaxson have done well. We get the occasional whine but nothing too bad. Since disneyland was so slow we went on a lot of rides.
Josh not only likes standing in line he also wanted to go his way at his speed which was usually a full on run. I found a way to slow him down
Day one came to a close and we all survived. Day two will be cars land and character dinning 
Last note, I told the kids they couldn't buy any toys until the very last day. They haven't complained to much but one way to ease this pain is that the disneyland fairies bring a surprise each night while we are away from our room. First night was Jammie's
