Baby #3

I am sure most of you already know, but the Best family is expecting baby #3 in September. I was able to hide the news from my family for 18 weeks. Once we found out what the sex of the baby was we had a cake baked so the whole family could find out together . . . well that was the plan. Here is how it really happened. My mom was joking around asking if I was pregnant. I initially said "No", but then felt bad about lying and wen back and told her. Brandon did not even know until about 11 weeks. The way he found out was he came home and found me drinking orange juice and knew I was pregnant (I guess I only drink OJ when pregnant). Anyways back to the cake. We went to the ultrasound and had the technician put the gender in a sealed envelope. Then since Steve was out of town we had him call in the order. It was to be a cake that said "Baby #3 is . . . " then when you cut open the cake it would be blue or pink inside. Well the wonderful cake company called me the next morning and said. "so your order form just says blue on it, did you want the frosting blue" Ugh well my surprise was ruined. Then they tell me we already made the cake so I can put some blue candy in it. I was devastated. I held it together though and everyone came over for my mom, boyd and maquelle's birthday. I showed everyone the cake with writing on it and my mom cut it open to show . . . yellow cake with two pieces of blue candy. This cake sucked, but oh well. Most of the family was there to find out all together that we were expecting a bouncing baby boy.
       So far this pregnancy has been really good. No morning sickness! I have been tired and extremely hungry. I am 26.5 weeks and have gained 20 lbs. I only gained 20 total with Madison. We are still working on names. Brandon has decided to tell everyone that the babies name is Jimmer, but I am going to veto that one. I have so much to blog about but any free time I have is spent working on a powerpoint for work so blogging is not a priority.
